Need remote support?

If you were sent here by a member of Hilite's IT staff in order to start a remote session, please follow these steps:

1. Download TeamViewer Remote Support
   • If prompted by your browser, choose to "Run" rather than save the file
     
   • If your only option was to Save the file, then once it's done downloading, you'll need to "Open" or possibly "Run" the file. This will vary based on the browser you are using.
     
2. This should open a window containing a 9 digit computer ID number along with a randomly generated password. When asked by IT, you'll need to provide both of these items (one at a time).
